The MBCT-L (Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy for Life) is an 8-week mindfulness programme developed by the Oxford Mindfulness Centre. It combines mindfulness practices and cognitive-behavioural exercises to guide participants to apply these learnings to manage difficulties skilfully and also cultivate joy, compassion and wisdom in everyday life
